Smile Center Discount plan” is not a dental insurance. All discounts are off our regular fees and do not apply to special promotions. Pricing for extractions does not
apply to wisdom teeth. We are a general dentistry office, and have to refer some procedures to a specialist. Simple Dental plan’s pricing only applies to procedures done in our office located at 1501 Old York Rd, Abington, PA and 396 Doylestown rd, Montgomeryville, PA. No credit will be applied to procedures done at other offices. Free teeth cleanings have to be completed at least 6 months apart. Your benefits will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused benefits do not carry over to the next year. Please see the in-office brochure for more details.
This dental plan is not considered to be qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act. The discounts are available through Smile Center dental office healthcare providers only located at 1501 Old York Rd Abington, PA, 19001, and 396 Doylestown rd , Montgomeryville, PA, 18936. Since there is no paperwork or reimbursement, you must pay for the service at the time it’s provided. You will receive the discount off the provider’s usual and customary fees when you pay.
THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers.

We recommend you contact us first. We will check your insurance and tell you if it makes sense for you to purchase the discount plan. We want every patient to benefit from the discount plan and if you insurance offers similar benefits we will advise you not to buy the plan.
